If a member does not comply with the Alaska MCLE Rules by completing at least three hours of MECLE and at least nine hours of approved VCLE, that fact may be taken into account in any Bar disciplinary matter relating to the requirements of Alaska Rule of Professional Conduct 1.1 regarding an attorney's competence.
