No. Nebraska attorneys monitor their own progress and verify their own completion once the course has been completed.
Yes, Attorney Credits does report your completed courses to the Nebraska MCLE Commission, however, you still must self report your MCLE hours through the Nebraska website (see below). Our automated attendance reports run on the 1st of each month and every Thursday. In addition, we also maintain a record of all your completed courses and you can access your certificates of completion at anytime from our website.
Yes, Nebraska attorneys are required to self report all computer based MCLE courses to the Nebraska MCLE Commission even though we also report. Each Nebraska attorney is required to make a report to the MCLE Director through the online Nebraska MCLE system showing completion of the required MCLE credit hours during the preceding MCLE reporting period. The reporting deadline is January 20.
