State Reporting

We report your completed courses to the State Bar of Montana. Our automated reports run weekly on Thursday. We manually report through the Montana website normally within 2 business days of the report running. Since Montana is still considered a self-reporting state please verify that your courses have been reported by logging onto the State Bar of Montana's website through your Member Dashboard and report as needed. State Rules

Montana attorneys can complete up to 5 of the required 15 CLE credits online through Attorney Credits.

You may not carry over extra online CLE credit hours from one compliance period to the next.

Newly Admitted Attorneys

Newly admitted attorneys are not required to complete any Montana CLE requirements for the duration of the reporting year (April 1 - March 31) during which they are admitted to the State Bar of Montana.
