Ohio attorneys must complete and report twenty-four (24) hours of accredited CLE activities every two years, including the professional conduct requirement. During each reporting period, Ohio attorneys must complete two and one-half (2.5) hours of professional conduct. Ohio attorneys must complete their CLE hours by December 31. Attorneys with last names beginning with A-L must complete CLE by the end of odd numbered years. Attorneys with last names beginning with M-Z must complete CLE by the end of even numbered years. Lawyers may satisfy up to twelve (12) CLE credit hours each compliance period through online courses.
